City of a Million Dreams: A History of New Orleans at Year 300 (2018) is Jason Berry’s tenth book, and the basis for a companion film documentary which will be playing at Santa Fe's Center for Contemporary Arts starting on July 7th. Berry and Dr. Michael White, a Jazz musician from New Orleans who figures prominently in the book and documentary, discuss the history of funeral parades in New Orleans with Radio Free Galisteo's John Shannon.
